Web design is not my main gig, but is something I really enjoy doing,
I have a few sites and samples listed below. They are not extensive because most of my web experience has been with company intranets rather on the Internet.
I have almost 20 years experience in Information Technology. I have utilized a variety of languages and technologies. I've also worked in a wide array of industries and with all type of users. Hopefully this experience is something I could tap into for you. Give me a holler.

If you have a web site that you like the look of, we could use that as a beginning point to for discussions as to what you would want on your web site. We could make like musicians and play a variation on the theme.

Circuitous...that is the best way to describe my educational and work life. It even describes my geographic life. It has not always been profitable, but it has always been entertaining.
I went to eleven different schools before I graduated high school. This is in 6 different states and one foreign country. I went to 3 colleges in two different states before I graduated college. I started out as a business major, switched to history, and finally ended up with a B.S. in Biology. I did a couple years of graduate work before I decided that was not my cup of tea. I went back and picked up an A.A.S in Computer Programmer from a junior college after I decided I was not going to make a reasonable living with my biology degree.
I've never really stopped going to school. I've gone back and picked up courses that related to what I needed for the work world. I also regularly take community education classes on whatever strikes my fancy. This has been everything from photography, dance, Spanish, wine, golf, philosophy, religious classes and I could go on.
My work life has been similar. I've worked in factories, warehouses, retail and food services early on. I've done sales. I've worked as a government regulator and administrator of a county health department. I got into IT about 20 years ago mainly because working for a state government was not paying the bills. I took an accounting course and programming course. I did well in both, but the accounting course kept putting me to sleep. I loved the programming course, so I pursued that. And the rest, as they say, is history.
As a programmer I have worked for several major companies and in several different industries. You can check out that information on the Mainframe Consulting tab.
I have also used a variety of technologies and I have always worked in both the mainframe and the client-server/internet world from the git-go.
My hobbies are varied too. While I am not good, I am an avid golfer. I love to backpack, and I've been to some neat places with that activity. I enjoy photography as occasionally that gives a creative buzz. During the nicer part of the year I ride a bicycle for exercise. During colder times I jog and swim in an attempt to keep the middle age bulge somewhat less bulgy.
With my life not being a straight line I feel it gives a wider range of experience to tap into.
I have a S corporation set up so I can work either 1099, W2 or we can work something out.
